6. Send a test message from an approved number.

Common Issues

Webhook verification failed

• Verify callback URL is HTTPS and reachable.
• Confirm verification token matches exactly.
• Check provider-side webhook logs.

Messages not delivered

• Ensure recipient is approved (sandbox mode).
• Check sender quality and policy restrictions.
• Verify AI credits are available.

Connection dropped

• Generate a fresh QR/link token if expired.
• Check linked device status in WhatsApp.
• Reconnect channel and restart agent.

Troubleshooting Checklist

1. Confirm agent is Running.
2. Confirm credentials are valid and not rotated.
3. Retry after 60 seconds.
4. Re-link the channel if issues persist.
