What You'll Need

1. A registered Signal number/device.
2. Agent in Running state.
3. Access to agent channel configuration.

Setup Steps

1. Open Configure for your agent.
2. Enable Signal in Channels.
3. Start linking flow and scan/pair device.
4. Wait for session bootstrap to complete.
5. Send a test message to verify delivery.

Common Issues

Pairing timeout

• Retry with stable network.
• Generate a fresh pairing session.
• Complete pairing immediately after code/QR generation.

Session invalidated

• Re-link after app reinstall, logout, or key reset.
• Keep linked device powered on and connected.

Messages not delivered

• Confirm linked devices still show active.
• Check message request/trust settings.
• Restart the agent and retry.

Troubleshooting Checklist

1. Verify Signal channel shows connected.
2. Confirm agent status is Running.
3. Re-link with fresh pairing if stale.
4. Retry after restart.
