This guide covers how to manage your account settings and access support resources.
Profile & Settings
You can manage your account details by clicking on your user icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
From this dropdown menu, you can:
- View the email address associated with your account.
- Access and update your personal information or password (if available in settings).
Getting Help
We offer several ways to get help and connect with our team.
- Contact Sales: If you have questions about pricing, custom plans, or the Realtime Services, use the "Contact sales" option in the user menu to get in touch with our team.
- Join the Slack Community: For technical questions, community support, and to connect with other developers using the platform, select "Join Slack community".
Signing Out
To securely sign out of your account, click on your user icon and select "Sign out" from the bottom of the menu. This will end your current session. We recommend signing out after each session, especially when using a shared or public computer.
